Delivery area and charges
We deliver to mainland UK addresses within our delivery area. Delivery distances are measured from WS10 7DJ.
- Within 50 miles: free delivery.
- Over 50 miles and up to 120 miles: a £75 delivery charge applies.
- Over 120 miles: our standard delivery service is not available. Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether your postcode is within our delivery area.
Choosing your option at checkout
At checkout, there are three options: under 50 miles, over 50 miles, and collection. Please select the option that matches your delivery address or your plans to collect:
- Under 50 miles: choose this for free delivery if your address is within 50 miles of WS10 7DJ, including addresses exactly 50 miles away.
- Over 50 miles: choose this if your address is more than 50 miles and no more than 120 miles from WS10 7DJ. Delivery costs £75. This option does not cover addresses over 120 miles away.
- Collection: choose this if you will collect your appliance from our Wednesbury address rather than have it delivered.

Delivery times
Deliveries usually take place within 3–4 working days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery timeframe: depending on your location, delivery may be sooner or take longer. Delivery arrangements will be confirmed with you after purchase.
Receiving your delivery
Delivery is to the address provided on your order. Please check that your delivery address is correct and ensure someone is available to receive the appliance at the agreed time.
All appliances are securely transported, and delivery arrangements will be confirmed with you after purchase.
